Pokémon Go Adds Marshmello Concert Raids And Rewards

Pokémon Go will add exclusive raids, encounters and avatar items for ticket holders at Marshmello’s Pokémon Night Out concerts. The events will take place at Intuit Dome in Los Angeles on Oct. 24 and the O2 Arena in London on Nov. 10 as part of Pokémon’s 30th-anniversary celebrations.

Pikachu will appear in one-star raids, while Gengar will appear in three-star raids. Both Pokémon may be Shiny. Pokémon caught at either venue will receive a location-specific background for Los Angeles or London.

Opening Pokémon Go at a concert venue will provide up to two Timed Research tasks. The tasks can lead to encounters with Lowkey or Amped Form Toxtricity and will reward an exclusive Pokémon Night Out baseball jersey for the player’s avatar. Players who already claimed the jersey research during the Los Angeles livestream will not receive it again.

Wild encounters during the shows will include Gastly, Murkrow, Houndour, Hoothoot, Zorua, Carvanha, Alolan Marowak, Voltorb, Electrike, Shinx, Joltik, Dedenne, Froakie and Rookidee. Unown P, N and O will appear at the events.

Lure Modules, including Golden Lure Modules, will last for one hour during each concert, twice their standard duration.
