Pokémon Masters EX to End Service in Turkey Dec. 23, 2026

DeNA confirmed on its official website that Pokémon Masters EX will end service in Turkey on December 23, 2026. The company says the shutdown will follow an “update scheduled for” that date. Turkish players can continue to play and access all features until the end-of-service date.

The global version of Pokémon Masters EX will remain available and DeNA has not announced a worldwide shutdown. After December 23, the game will no longer be playable on devices even if it remains installed.

The planned end of service applies only to Turkey. DeNA previously ended Pokémon Masters EX service in Vietnam and Indonesia. Community discussions among Turkish players have suggested recent changes to Turkey’s advertising rules could be a factor, but DeNA has not confirmed any connection.

Pokémon Masters EX is a turn-based mobile game that pairs players with franchise trainers and their Pokémon for battles and original story events. The title includes single-player and cooperative content delivered through timed events and regular updates.
