The PUBG Mobile Macau Invitational 2026 opens June 29 in Macau with 25 international teams competing for a total prize pool of ¥2,900,000 (about $427,000). The event uses a group-stage-to-finals format and will declare a single champion by points after the grand finals on July 3–5.
The group stage runs June 29 through July 1. Twenty-four teams enter the group phase, divided into three groups of eight. One team receives a direct invitation to the grand finals, and the top 15 teams from the group stage will advance to join that invited side, creating a 16-team field for the finals. Matches during the group phase determine which teams advance and their seeding for the final weekend.
The grand finals take place July 3–5 and can include up to 18 matches. Organizers will apply the Smash Rule on Day 3; after the scheduled matches conclude, the team with the highest point total will be declared champion. The finals use a points-based championship to rank teams across the series of matches.
Twenty-five teams qualified for the event. The field includes All Gamers, ThunderTalk Gaming, LGD Gaming, Weibo Gaming, KuaiShou Gaming, Tianba, KONE ESPORT, eArena, Dplus, RRQ RYU, Aurora, DRX, Nigma Galaxy, ULF Esports, FURIA, AlUla Club, Wolves, S2G Esports, NS RedForce, Bigetron, Regnum Carya, INFLUENCE RAGE, GOAT Team, Yangon Galacticos and Alpha7. One of these teams begins play directly in the grand finals.
The prize breakdown awards ¥1,000,000 (about $147,000) to the champion, ¥450,000 (about $66,000) to the runner-up and ¥280,000 (about $41,000) to third place. Remaining placements receive descending payouts by rank. A Finals MVP award is expected to be worth roughly $6,000. Prize money will be distributed according to final standings after the grand finals.
Organizers describe the Macau Invitational as an independent international event rather than a qualifying stop on PUBG Mobile’s official circuit. Live broadcasts will be available on the PUBG Mobile Esports official YouTube channel.
