The PUBG Nations Cup 2026 reached a peak of 808,543 viewers during the Grand Finals at Jangchung Arena in Seoul. Team Brazil won the tournament with 124 points.
The event was held over several days with 16 national teams competing. Brazil finished five points ahead of host South Korea. South Korea recorded more Winner Winner Chicken Dinners, while Brazil posted a higher kill total that determined the final standings.
Defending champion Vietnam placed seventh. Brazil became the third non-Asian nation to win the PUBG Nations Cup. South Korea recorded its fourth top-two finish in the event’s history.
Organizers reported that audiences in Asia accounted for a large portion of viewership. Vietnamese, Korean and Thai were among the most-watched broadcast languages. Korean-language streams set a new record for PUBG esports as the national team advanced to the final.
Local streaming platforms registered new highs, with SOOP Korea and CHZZK posting record viewership for the title. Nearly 400 official and community channels covered the tournament, a level comparable to the previous edition. Broadcasters used viewer drops tied to watch time to award sprays, emblems and jackets.
Tournament data indicates the 808,543 peak makes the 2026 edition the second PUBG: Battlegrounds event to surpass 800,000 peak viewers, following the 2025 tournament. The series now has two editions above the 800,000 peak mark.
