Puzzle & Dragons adds Detective Conan characters in collab

Puzzle & Dragons launched a Detective Conan collaboration that runs through August 9. The event adds multiple characters from the Detective Conan franchise to the game’s roster, introduces nine themed dungeons and includes a 10-day login campaign that guarantees a 7-star+ pull.

The collaboration offers a mix of paired and solo character cards. Featured pairings include Kid the Phantom Thief & Conan Edogawa, Conan Edogawa & Ai Haibara, and Yusaku Kudo & Yukiko Kudo. Solo or additional characters available during the event include Makoto Kyogoku, Masumi Sera and Shukichi Haneda. Some units, such as Kaito Kuroba, can be purchased from the in-game MP Shop.

Nine new dungeons are available for players to complete. The Detective Conan Quest awards collaboration medals that can be exchanged for limited-time characters. Several dungeons guarantee specific character drops when cleared, including Kid the Phantom Thief Descended! and Culprit Descended!, which provide direct ways to obtain those featured units.

Outside of dungeon rewards, the event includes shop items and login incentives. Players can buy a Conan Edogawa Mini Icon using Magic Stones. The login bonus lasts 10 days and grants one pull from the 7-star Detective Conan Egg Machine at the end of the period; that pull is guaranteed to yield a character of 7-star+ rarity.

Puzzle & Dragons is available on the App Store and Google Play as a free-to-play title with in-app purchases. The game has previously run collaborations with anime and manga properties, offering limited-time characters, themed dungeons and special shop items in past events.
