Roblox tactical FPS ‘TTK Testing’ surpasses 6.1M visits

TTK Testing, a prototype tactical squad FPS on Roblox by brothers at Sable Digital, has logged 6.1 million visits and uses a realistic modern-military aesthetic.

TTK Testing is a prototype tactical squad first-person shooter on Roblox developed by Sable Digital, a two-person team of brothers known as PoptartNoah and CanyonJack. The game has recorded 6.1 million visits on the platform. Roblox reports total visits rather than unique users, so that figure counts game launches rather than distinct players.

The build replaces Roblox’s typical cartoon look with a modern-military aesthetic. Players navigate brutalist military complexes and sparse residential blocks. Weapons exhibit movement-linked sway and recoil. The game includes left and right leaning, multiple firing stances, selectable fire modes, and equipment such as laser sights, flashlights and night-vision goggles. A built-in callout system is available for teammate coordination.

The current public build runs a deathmatch-style scenario. Sable Digital lists planned additions including co-op PvE wave survival, linear cooperative missions with a story and ‘doorkicker’ scenarios, standard quick-play competitive multiplayer, and a larger objective-based ground war PvP mode. The team reports new weapons and maps are in active development.

The developers cite Ready or Not as a primary inspiration and have added bodycam-like visual elements. Sable Digital describes the project as a part-time effort created in spare time. In comments, PoptartNoah wrote: ‘It’s honestly been sort of embarrassing (in a funny way) that the algorithm found us in such an early state, but people seem to be enjoying it anyway.’ He added the team is ‘hyper aware’ of criticisms and is addressing issues quickly.

TTK Testing is live on Roblox as a prototype while the developers continue work outside full-time jobs.
