Sakamoto Days: Mission Rogue Dawn launches in Japan

Rudel Inc.’s Sakamoto Days: Mission Rogue Dawn, a roguelike action mobile game based on Yuto Suzuki’s SAKAMOTO DAYS, launched on Android and iOS in Japan.

Rudel Inc. released Sakamoto Days: Mission Rogue Dawn for Android and iOS in Japan.

The mobile title adapts Yuto Suzuki’s SAKAMOTO DAYS into a roguelike action format. Players face short, intense battles against waves of assassins and assemble teams from the series’ characters.

Controls pair simple dodge-and-attack inputs with a deck-building system that changes character skills and loadouts. Players can experiment with builds that affect each character’s performance in battle.

During combat, players switch between allied characters to use melee, slashing weapons, firearms and special abilities. Levels include environmental mechanics that alter encounters and enemy approaches.

The game offers two modes. Training mode lets players improve character stats, unlock or upgrade skills and test team combinations. Practice mode places trained characters into stages with varied enemies and level-specific gimmicks.

Runs use a repeatable roguelike structure: each attempt presents new waves of foes and opportunities to refine team composition and strategy.

The title is available to download from the Google Play Store and the App Store in Japan.

SAKAMOTO DAYS began as a manga by Yuto Suzuki. Mission Rogue Dawn maps the series’ cast and their combat styles to mobile gameplay systems that support both brief encounters and longer-term character progression.
