Team Vitality repeats as MLBB Women’s Invitational champions

Team Vitality beat NAVI PH 4-2 to retain the MLBB Women’s Invitational title at the 2026 Esports World Cup; viewership peaked at 565,500 and total watch time topped 5 million hours.

Team Vitality defeated NAVI PH 4-2 to retain the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women’s Invitational title at the 2026 Esports World Cup. The win earned Vitality $150,000 from a $500,000 prize pool and marked the organization’s second consecutive MWI championship.

The grand final featured a rematch of teams whose rivalry began when the tournament joined the Esports World Cup in 2024. NAVI PH’s current roster previously competed under the name Omega Empress and was the squad that ended Vitality’s unbeaten run in 2024. Vitality won the 2025 MWI, and the 2026 final was the first direct meeting between the two core rosters since 2024.

Tournament metrics set new records. The event peaked at 565,500 viewers and averaged about 129,500 viewers across broadcasts. Total watch time exceeded 5 million hours.

Year-over-year figures show growth: peak viewership rose 14% from 2025, average viewership increased 17%, and total hours watched grew by more than one-third. Compared with MWI’s 2024 debut, peak audience size climbed from roughly 265,000 to 565,500, while total watch time increased from about 2.5 million hours to over 5 million.

Organizers expanded the field from 12 teams in 2024 to 16 teams in 2026. The grand final drew the largest single-game audience of the tournament.

The $150,000 top prize was the largest individual payout from the $500,000 pool. Remaining prize money was distributed among the other finishing teams according to final standings.

The 2026 edition posted the highest audience and watch-time figures for the MLBB Women’s Invitational since it joined the Esports World Cup in 2024.
