The New Denpa Men mobile game to end service Dec. 7, 2026

Genius Sonority said The New Denpa Men will end service on Dec. 7, 2026. The mobile JRPG launched March 10, 2025; developers cited inability to meet player expectations.

Genius Sonority announced The New Denpa Men will end service on Dec. 7, 2026. The developer set the shutdown date in a notice to players and said servers will be taken offline that day.

In its notice the team wrote, “it would be difficult to continue providing a service that meets player expectations.” No further details were provided about factors behind the decision.

The mobile JRPG launched on March 10, 2025. The title brought the long-running Denpa Men series to phones and included cross-play compatibility with the Nintendo Switch version.

Gameplay combined creature-collecting with turn-based combat and exploration. Players could catch and befriend DenpaMen, assemble teams for Main, Event and Extra stages, and use an island hub to decorate a home, interact with captured creatures and go fishing.

Genius Sonority noted players can access online content and features until the shutdown date. The company did not announce compensation, data-transfer options or an offline mode.

Players who built teams and islands will lose access to online features when servers close. The developer’s brief notice is the only public communication so far; no roadmap for post-shutdown support has been released.

The game will remain available to download and play until servers close on Dec. 7, 2026.
