Top Eleven 2027 adds Mentors, revamped tactics and analysis

Developer Nordeus has launched Top Eleven 2027, a season update that adds a Mentors system, a redesigned tactical engine, refreshed live-match visuals and an expanded match report. The update is available now for managers on Android and iOS.

The Mentors system assigns a Mentor to a team. Each Mentor brings a coaching philosophy and three skills: a Tactic Boost that alters team behaviour, an Attribute Boost that temporarily raises player characteristics, and a Signature Move that triggers a specialised action on the pitch. Managers can replace their Mentor at halftime to change approach for the second half.

The tactical engine has been reworked to give managers finer control over attacking patterns, defensive shape and individual player roles. New settings expand how pre-match plans and in-match adjustments influence team performance.

Live-match visuals have been refreshed to display clearer on-field information. Live feedback has been expanded so managers receive more actionable data while matches are in progress.

The match report now provides a deeper breakdown of squad performance, highlighting where individual players and units performed well or poorly. The revised report identifies tactical areas, training focuses and potential gaps to address before the next fixture.

Early Mentors include former players Alan Shearer, Claude Makélélé, Nemanja Vidić and Cesc Fàbregas, each offering a distinct combination of philosophy and skills to affect match behaviour.

Core gameplay remains focused on building a club, buying and selling players, running training programs, developing youth prospects and competing across leagues, cups and live events. Top Eleven 2027 is free to download on the Google Play Store and the App Store, and the new features become active for managers who enter the current season after installing the update.
