Cygames’ Umamusume: Pretty Derby will be the first video game official partner at the 2026 MotoGP Round 16 MOTUL Grand Prix of Japan at Mobility Resort Motegi (Oct. 2–4).
Cygames’ Umamusume: Pretty Derby has been named the first video game official event partner for the 2026 FIM MotoGP Round 16 MOTUL Grand Prix of Japan, scheduled for Oct. 2–4 at Mobility Resort Motegi.

The partnership will place Umamusume characters and branding across the Motegi venue. A 155-meter display near the Green Campsite will feature eight Uma Musume characters: Vodka, Daiwa Scarlet, Oguri Cap, Tamamo Cross, Jungle Pocket, Agnes Tachyon, Almond Eye and Lucky Lilac.
Organizers will install specially designed photo spots around the circuit and set up fan areas in public spaces so attendees can view artwork and displays while at the event.
On race day, Tomoyo Takayanagi, the voice actor for Oguri Cap, is scheduled to wave the checkered flag for the Moto2 and Moto3 races on Oct. 4.
Umamusume: Pretty Derby is a Cygames mobile title that centers on anthropomorphized racehorse characters and has expanded into animation and merchandise.
The MotoGP Japanese Grand Prix is Round 16 of the 2026 FIM MotoGP World Championship and will include the premier class alongside Moto2 and Moto3 support races. Further details on event schedules, fan-area locations and official activities are available on the official MotoGP Japanese Grand Prix website.
