VA-11 Hall-A Heads to iOS for 10th Anniversary

Ysbryd Games announced VA-11 Hall-A will arrive on iOS for its 10th anniversary. An iOS port was about 80% complete in 2018 but was shelved; no release date has been set.

Ysbryd Games announced that VA-11 Hall-A will be released on iOS as part of the game’s 10th anniversary. The publisher did not provide a release date and indicated work on the port is underway.

VA-11 Hall-A was developed by Sukeban Games. The title is a cyberpunk bartender simulator set in Glitch City. Players work as a bartender at VA-11 HALL-A, often called Valhalla, serving drinks to a range of characters; the narrative advances through the drinks players mix rather than conventional dialogue trees.

An iOS port reached about 80% completion in 2018 but was shelved at that time. The development team cited poor discoverability on the App Store in 2018 as the reason the earlier version was not released.

The announcement did not include technical specifications, system requirements, pricing, interface changes, or details about any new content. There was no mention of an Android release or cross-buy options. Ysbryd noted that it will provide further updates on the iOS launch in the coming months.

VA-11 Hall-A holds an Overwhelmingly Positive rating on Steam. The planned iOS release will bring the game to mobile nearly a decade after its original release, with more specifics to follow from the publisher.
