Voting has opened for the 2026 People’s Choice Award at the Mobile Games Awards. Ballots can be submitted via the awards’ official voting hub and the voting window closes at midnight on July 31. Winners will be announced at the Mobile Games Awards ceremony in Cologne on August 25.

The public vote determines the People’s Choice winner. Players can cast their ballot through the voting hub and are encouraged to share the link with other players to build support for their chosen titles.

The shortlist for the award comprises Almost Out of Mana, Arknights: Endfield, Disney Magic Match 3D, Gumslinger 2: Ducks and Nukes, Is This Seat Taken?, Meg’s Monster, Mochi-O, Mythos: Gods Unleashed, Neverness to Everness, Persona 5: The Phantom X, Ponchorado, Racing Master, Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley, Talking Tom & Friends: World, Timelie and TownsFolk.

Organisers collected nominations earlier this year and narrowed the field to these finalists for the public vote. Reviews of several nominees are available on the awards website for voters who want more information before casting a ballot.

Stephen Gregson-Wood, deputy editor, wrote: “The awards are a way for players to celebrate the wide range of mobile games being released and to have a direct say in which ones get recognised.” He urged readers to check the shortlist and vote before the July 31 deadline.

Last year’s People’s Choice winner was Balatro.
