Winter Burrow comes to iOS and Android with knitting, baking

Winter Burrow, a survival game about a mouse restoring a family burrow, is available to pre-order on the App Store and open for pre-registration on Google Play. It features knitting jumpers and baking pies.

Winter Burrow is coming to iOS and Android and is listed for pre-order on the App Store and for pre-registration on Google Play. The developer did not attach a firm release date to the mobile listings.

Players control a mouse that returns home to find the family burrow partly collapsed and the relative who was caring for it missing. The game combines resource gathering, crafting and home repairs as players work room by room to make the burrow habitable.

Gameplay takes place in a handcrafted, frozen wilderness where players collect materials, face insect-sized threats and use gathered items to patch rooms and craft supplies. Daily tasks include knitting jumpers to survive the cold and baking pies. A survival handbook inside the game records learned recipes and completed repairs and presents objectives at a relaxed pace.

Winter Burrow previously launched on PC via Steam, on Nintendo Switch and through Xbox Game Pass. The mobile release carries the same small-scale survival design, with options to customize the mouse’s appearance and decorate the burrow. Players encounter other creatures while exploring and can rely on community contacts to progress through winter. The story offers multiple routes and allows players to investigate the missing relative at their own speed.

The App Store listing is active for pre-orders and Google Play is accepting pre-registrations ahead of the mobile release. No further distribution details or a specific launch date were provided.
