Curve Games announced that Wobbly Life will launch on Android and iOS in August priced at $8.99. Pre-registration is available on Google Play; the App Store listing is pending.
Developed by RubberBandGames, Wobbly Life is a physics-driven open-world sandbox in which players explore Wobbly Island, take on jobs and complete missions. The game previously released on PC and received positive reviews.
Players can choose from more than 20 distinct jobs to earn in-game money, which can be spent on clothing, houses and vehicles. The title features more than 500 wearable items and over 90 vehicles. The island includes towns, mountains, hidden locations and story missions that encourage exploration.
Mobile multiplayer supports cooperative play across platforms, races, jobs, mini-games and leaderboard challenges in categories such as Richest Wobbler and Job Master. Customization options include hundreds of wearable items and dozens of homes and vehicles for players to acquire and personalize.
Curve Games will publish the mobile edition. Pre-registration on Google Play lets players reserve the game ahead of the August release; the publisher expects the App Store page to appear before launch.
The mobile port seeks to reproduce the sandbox’s physics-based mechanics and social features on handheld devices.
