Ken Takahashi is credited as director and animation production is being handled by CANDY BOX. KADOKAWA&#8217;s past anime credits include Your Name, Steins;Gate 0, My Happy Marriage and Overlord. CANDY BOX previously worked on Blue Archive The Animation and Azur Lane: Bisoku Zenshin!.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garena and KADOKAWA are positioning the anime as part of Free Fire&#8217;s 10th anniversary in 2027. Promotional activity at licensing shows indicates they are seeking merchandising and partnership opportunities, but no formal licensing deals have been announced.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plot information beyond the first-look material remains limited. No episode count, screenwriters or voice cast have been revealed. To date, the companies have shared the teaser, production credits and promotional appearances; further details are expected closer to the 2027 launch.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Free Fire, developed and published by Garena, began as a mobile battle royale game and has expanded into a broader franchise.
