Recruited characters can be taken into future missions or assigned to a base camp where they perform specific roles that influence progression.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The base camp functions as a hub for assigning tasks, managing resources and improving the team&#8217;s capabilities over time. Survivors placed in the camp fill roles that affect mission readiness and the resources available for upgrades.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One review described the game as applying roguelite design to the franchise by combining in-run action with out-of-run management.
