Making the game available on standard mobile storefronts restores wider access and allows players to download it without a subscription.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poinpy is a vertically oriented platformer. Players launch a character upward, crush fruit to slow a pursuing monster and try to stay ahead. Controls are designed for one-handed play: users pull back and release to fling the character, with angle and timing affecting each trajectory. Each run uses randomly generated layouts, producing different level arrangements on repeat plays. Ojira is the developer behind the mobile title Downwell.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mobile release contains no advertising and no purchasable items beyond the voluntary tip option. That option appears inside the game as a way for players to give money to the developer.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A recent review awarded Poinpy five stars.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Games tied to subscription services can become unavailable when licensing windows close or content is removed from a catalog. Publishing Poinpy on the App Store and Google Play makes the title available outside a subscription catalog and allows users to download it directly from those stores.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poinpy can be downloaded now from the App Store and Google Play.
