The project is planned for mobile devices, Windows PC and consoles.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early teasers juxtaposed quiet, everyday scenes-characters reading, cooking and relaxing under cherry blossoms-with sudden shifts to darker, supernatural events. Those teasers also included stylized combat sequences and distinctive enemy designs. Nexon has not released detailed gameplay information ahead of the trailer.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The title is being developed at RX Studio within Nexon Games\u2019 IO Division. The development team includes staff who previously worked on Blue Archive, and the game is being built in Unreal Engine 5. No release date has been announced.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Observers noted the name FAREIDOLIA resembles the word pareidolia, a perceptual phenomenon in which people see shapes or faces in random patterns; Nexon has not linked the name to any narrative details.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Tokyo Game Show, Nexon will show the new trailer and allow attendees to try the game at its booth.
