The update is one of two balance patches planned before the World Championship and is billed as a tuning pass for the live game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The patch adjusts Lucian&#8217;s core damage profile rather than applying a straight buff or nerf. Lucian&#8217;s passive base damage drops from 15 (+20% AD) to 5 (+15% AD), while his Q damage increases from 80\u2013220 to 90\u2013250. Riot wrote in the preview that the changes aim to reduce Lucian&#8217;s dependence on specific support combinations and improve his solo queue performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n        <blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n            <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/user\/status\/2100090657494987053\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>\n            <noscript>\n                <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/user\/status\/2100090657494987053\" target=\"_blank\"rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\n                    View this tweet on Twitter\n                <\/a>\n            <\/noscript>\n        <\/blockquote>\n        <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n    \n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Map and item changes include a 30\u2011second reduction to Teleport&#8217;s top\u2011lane cooldown, from 420 to 390 seconds; the upgraded Teleport receives the same reduction. The melee support starter upgrades World Atlas and Runic Compass will give less flat health but higher health regeneration. Their HP values become 0\/60\/150 at upgrade tiers and their HP regeneration becomes 50%\/75%\/75%, replacing the previous 25%\/50%\/75% regen scaling. Riot also noted it is monitoring ranged champions played in top lane but made no additional changes for this patch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patch 26.19 applies targeted buffs to ten champions. Aatrox will have a shorter W cooldown and greater E healing based on bonus health. Aphelios receives boosts across his weapons: Calibrum deals more damage, Severum increases life steal, Gravitum strengthens slows, Infernum gets a lower cooldown, and Crescendum deals higher damage. Aurora&#8217;s ultimate duration is increased and her E deals more damage. Draven&#8217;s base attack damage rises from 62 to 64. Elise gains more bonus attack speed on W and higher magic damage on her passive. Fiora gets increased base health per level and improved healing on her ultimate. Kha&#8217;Zix will have higher passive damage; his evolved W will slow longer and his evolved E will gain more range. Lillia gets more base armor and a longer sleep duration on her R. Master Yi&#8217;s Q returns a flat one second instead of a percentage of cooldown, and Volibear&#8217;s passive attack speed will scale with ability power while its damage gains greater bonus AD scaling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Six champions receive nerfs. Nasus will deal less bonus damage on his Q. Nocturne&#8217;s ultimate cooldown increases. Poppy&#8217;s Q will deal reduced damage to monsters. Rumble&#8217;s passive attack speed is lowered. Ryze will deal less flux damage on Q and face a higher mana cost on E while gaining additional armor growth. Vi will see lower base attack damage, a smaller passive shield, and adjusted AD growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The preview removed Orianna from an earlier list of proposed changes.
