The game is available for iOS and Android devices in Malaysia and the Philippines, with an active Netflix membership required to download and play it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mobile release is a full adaptation of Monster Hunter Rise. Online multiplayer supports hunts with up to four players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Netflix has redesigned the controls for smartphones and tablets. Each weapon has its own touch-control layout. The release also adds a Recovery Button, which selects a healing or recovery item based on the player\u2019s health and current status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Challenge and Event Quests that were previously available as paid or time-limited downloadable content can be obtained through game progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monster Hunter Rise launched for Nintendo Switch in 2021 before coming to PC and other consoles. The Monster Hunter series has previously appeared on portable platforms such as PlayStation Portable and Nintendo 3DS.
