The wordless mystery game will launch Nov. 10 on the App Store, Google Play, Steam and Nintendo Switch.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Players take the role of an outsider sent up a mountain to investigate a child\u2019s disappearance. The game tells its story through Clue cards instead of spoken or written dialogue. Players can examine, explore and combine the cards to piece together what happened.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mountain\u2019s residents belong to a closed-off group called the Flock. They distrust outsiders, so players must use the information they find to learn more from the locals.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Players have more leads to follow than they can pursue in one attempt. The game also allows them to revisit paths they missed, though returning to the mountain comes with a cost.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hillthorn uses a card-combining system similar to the one in Cultist Simulator, which is available on mobile.
