Palworld\u2019s Legends Awaken expansion launched Oct. 30, adding Legendary Pals and Tower Boss cards to the Palworld OFFICIAL CARD GAME. Players entering the November Release Tournament must include at least 10 cards from the set in their decks.<\/p>
The card game is nearing 11 million sales after the release of its first set. Legends Awaken adds a rule for Legendary Pals: Players can include only one copy of each named Legendary Pal in their Base. These cards generally have high costs, along with higher Power levels and abilities that support specific deck types.<\/p>
Jetragon – Legendary Guardian Dragon has 1,700 Power and 3 Strike. Its ability exiles two Pals with a cost of seven or more from the Graveyard to give Jetragon Vigilance. If both cards are Legendary Pals, Jetragon can Stand up to three Legendary Pals.<\/p>
Frostallion – Everlasting Rime supports blue and Dragon decks by reducing the cost of Pals by two. At the end of its controller\u2019s turn, it allows the player to draw until they have four cards in hand. Frostallion Noct – Eternal Darkness is aimed at purple decks. It has 1,500 Power and 3 Strike, gives other Pals 500 additional Power and forces an opponent to discard down to four cards at the end of the turn.<\/p>
Legends Awaken adds cards for Graveyard-focused decks, including Selyne – Saya\u2019s Moonlit Beacon. Its Soul cost drops from eight to three when a player has at least 10 Nocturnal Pals in the Graveyard. Selyne belongs to the new Tower Boss category, which combines a boss character with a signature Pal and adds new abilities.<\/p>
Other cards linked to Selyne include Saya\u2019s Crescent Moon. The Event card reduces a Pal\u2019s Power by 1,000 or sends it to the Graveyard if it is Night. Zoe\u2019s Gambit sends all Pals in the Graveyard to the discard area.<\/p>
Red decks gain new options with Orserk – Thunderclap Roar and Flambelle – Feverish Tears. Orserk has 1,400 Power and 3 Strike. By spending two materials, its controller can increase a Pal\u2019s Power and Strike, deal 900 damage to a Pal or Stand a Pal with a Soul cost of three or less. Flambelle has 100 Power and 1 Strike and can be rested to generate two materials.<\/p>
