Asphalt Legends Adds PAC-MAN Hunter Mode Until Sept. 15, 2026

Gameloft’s Asphalt Legends has launched Pixel Pursuit Season with PAC-MAN-themed Hunter Mode, where Ghost-inspired cars chase players. The event runs through Sept. 15, 2026.

Gameloft SE has partnered with Bandai Namco to introduce PAC-MAN content in Asphalt Legends as part of the Pixel Pursuit Season. The in-game event is available now and will run through September 15, 2026.

The update adds a new Hunter Mode that changes the race objective from fastest finish to pellet collection. Players drive along tracks collecting Pac-Dots and Power Pellets placed on the course while being pursued by Ghost-inspired cars. Picking up a Power Pellet reverses the temporary roles and allows players to chase the Ghost cars instead.

The four Ghosts from PAC-MAN-Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde-appear as named opponent vehicles. In Hunter Mode, race scoring and progression depend on the number of pellets collected, along with standard race results. When multiple Ghost cars target a player, pursuit and blocking can occur on sections of the track.

The season includes PAC-MAN-themed vehicle skins, user interface and heads-up display changes, and new sound effects tied to the theme. Highlight vehicles in the event include the Porsche 718 Cayman PAC-MAN Edition, plus the TVR Griffith, Nissan R390 GT1 and Arrinera Hussarya 33. The event is presented as a PAC-MAN Spotlight with exclusive rewards linked to Pixel Pursuit progression.

PAC-MAN is a long-running arcade character owned by Bandai Namco. Asphalt Legends is a racing title from Gameloft that frequently schedules limited-time themed seasons and special events. The Pixel Pursuit Season integrates pellet collection and temporary power-up mechanics into the game’s multiplayer track races.
