Clash Royale Season 86 K.H.A.O.S adds two Heroes

Supercell released Season 86 K.H.A.O.S for Clash Royale worldwide in August 2026. The update focuses on the Hero system and introduces two new Heroes, an Elite Barbarians Evolution, a Viking cosmetic suite, season events and a list of balance adjustments applied with the rollout.

Hero Berserker gains the Savage Survival ability, which places her in a temporary berserk state with higher movement speed, faster attacks and increased damage. While Savage Survival is active, a mechanic prevents Berserker from being defeated once she drops to 1 HP. Players can obtain Hero Berserker for free through Ken’s C.H.A.O.S Draft League or unlock her directly with Hero Coins.

Hero Valkyrie uses an ability called Wild Whirlwind. She charges into enemy formations and enters a continuous spinning attack that deals repeated area damage, raises her movement speed and reduces incoming damage for the duration. Hero Valkyrie is available as a Pass Royale reward on the Diamond track.

Elite Barbarians receive a single-cycle Evolution that adds a Rage Spears mechanic. Each barbarian fires short-range spear strikes before switching to melee. The spear strikes can clear small troops and increase pressure on defenders as the pair advances. The Elite Barbarians Evolution can be unlocked for free by completing the seasonal shop event, Ken’s Shop.

The season adds a Viking Rune Tower Skin, new emotes and themed Battle Banners featuring Barbarians, Berserker and Valkyrie art. Seasonal card boosts apply to Rune Giant, Berserker, Valkyrie and Elite Barbarians, giving those cards temporary in-season stat increases.

Season 86 keeps the two-track progression system. The Free Pass provides rewards such as gold, wild cards and boost potions for players below Arena 15. The Diamond Pass unlocks premium cosmetics, extra Hero Coins and additional seasonal rewards for players who reach Arena 15. Premium items and certain rewards require both Diamond Pass access and the Arena 15 requirement.

Supercell published a full schedule of balance changes covering multiple cards and gameplay adjustments; those changes are active with the season launch.

Creator Ken is the season’s featured creator and appears in themed events including Ken’s C.H.A.O.S Draft League and Ken’s Shop, which offer routes to earn the new content and track seasonal progression.
