Crystal Saga Nova launches on Android with PvP, pets
R2Games has released Crystal Saga Nova on Android, adapting the browser MMORPG for mobile with five classes, real-time PvP, world bosses, pet fusion and AFK progression.
R2Games has released Crystal Saga Nova for Android through the Google Play Store. The mobile version was first announced in May 2026.
The developer adapted core systems from the original browser MMORPG for shorter mobile sessions while retaining large-scale activities such as world bosses and real-time player-versus-player combat. An iOS release has not been scheduled.
Players choose from five classes-Knight, Rogue, Mage, Priest and Pixie-each with distinct skill trees and male and female character options. The classes cover roles for tanking, ranged damage and support and are available for solo play, group cooperative content and real-time PvP.
A central progression feature is the pet system: players can capture wild pets, upgrade them and fuse them across 12 generations to increase their aptitude and abilities. Additional progression layers include mounts, wings, cosmetic costumes and artifacts that alter stats and appearance. AFK progression allows characters to earn experience and rewards while players are offline.
Crystal Saga Nova uses chibi-style 3D character models set against colorful 2.5D environments. The game world draws on Greek and Roman mythology for locations and creature design, with areas such as Starlight City highlighted in promotional material. Real-time battles and PvP arenas use that stylized visual approach.
The release continues the long-running Crystal Saga series, which began as a browser MMORPG. R2Games, the developer behind titles such as Realm Traveler, describes Nova as a return to the series’ familiar systems delivered with mobile-friendly pacing.
Crystal Saga Nova is available now on Android via the Google Play Store. R2Games has indicated it will provide future updates on platform availability and content additions.
