Dawn of War IV trailer pits Blood Ravens against Dark Angels

A new CGI trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV shows Blood Ravens and Dark Angels fighting on Kronus. The game launches Dec. 3, 2026; Commander Edition owners get early access Nov. 30.
Deep Silver and KING Art Games released a new CGI trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV that shows Blood Ravens and Dark Angels Space Marines fighting on the planet Kronus. The studios confirmed the standard edition will arrive Dec. 3, 2026, and Commander Edition buyers will get early access on Nov. 30. A 10% pre-order discount is currently available.
The trailer opens with the Blood Ravens under heavy attack after the appearance of the Great Rift. Chapter leaders Jonah Orion and Captain Cyrus are shown trying to hold a recruitment world that has been cut off from reinforcements.
A returning Blood Ravens squad arrives on Kronus expecting to recruit new forces but is drawn into sustained combat against waves of xenos. The sequence highlights close-quarters firefights, heavy weapons and large-scale enemy assaults before Dark Angels reinforcements arrive.
Post-launch support will include free updates during the first year. Those updates will restore Crusade Mode and add new maps, additional game modes, extra Commanders and a Mission Editor.
Beyond free updates, the developer plans two paid story expansions that continue the campaign on Kronus and introduce a new playable faction. Dawn of War IV is developed by KING Art Games and published by Deep Silver.
