Delta Force marks 2nd anniversary, unveils 2027 roadmap

Level Infinite launched Season Reorientation as part of Delta Force’s second-anniversary activities and published a roadmap covering content through 2027. The live update adds gameplay changes, quality-of-life improvements for Operations and Warfare, and limited-time anniversary rewards.

Season Reorientation introduces cross-region matchmaking and features designed to speed match preparation and help new players. The update adds a One-Click Loadout for faster equipment setup, a rebuilt tutorial, a G.T.I. Field Manual for Operations, and a new Combat Support Fund. The update also expands Layali Grove 2.0 with new areas, fishing and jet ski gameplay.

Operations content was adjusted to smooth play and exploration. Polaris Patrol returns with a reworked play-as-a-boss mode, new rewards and the game’s first craftable collectible. Those changes apply to existing Operations maps and aim to simplify pre-match steps and in-map progression.

On the Warfare side, the update adds The Mog, a convoy escort map inspired by Black Hawk Down that mixes ground and aerial combat and assigns attack and defense roles around a moving objective. Level Infinite confirmed additional Warfare maps built on Unreal Engine 5, with the next UE5 map scheduled for November 2026 and more releases planned through 2027.

Level Infinite listed headline additions for 2027. Siege: Valyrie is an Operations map set in a city under siege and is scheduled for early 2027. A new bomb-defusal mode, Detonation, will enter global beta on September 27, 2026, for PC and mobile players. The publisher also plans an Operator Archives feature to explore Operator backstories and an Operator Quarters social space arriving in early 2027 where players can customize spaces and interact with friends.

Delta Force’s competitive circuit will continue with RISE Series Season 2, which is under way. The tournament will send the top 12 international teams to the first Delta Force Invitational at DreamHack Stockholm from November 27 to 29, 2026. Level Infinite said teams from across EMEA and the Americas will compete for places at the Invitational.

To mark the anniversary, Delta Force is offering limited-time in-game rewards. Players can claim up to 3,900 Delta Tickets, a Golden State Legendary AUG appearance and other themed items while the event runs. The publisher described those rewards as available only for a short period tied to the celebration.

Game Director Shadow presented the roadmap and feature list during the anniversary broadcast, outlining planned content across Operations, Warfare and Detonation along with new social features and events. The update set out specific release windows for new maps and the Detonation beta, and detailed changes intended to streamline onboarding and match setup.
