Review copies of GTA 6 were reportedly sent to publications ahead of a Nov. 18 embargo date, one day before the game’s planned release. Rockstar has not confirmed the schedule.

Review copies of Grand Theft Auto 6 have reportedly been sent to publications ahead of an embargo date of Nov. 18, 2026, one day before the game’s planned release.

In a post on Oct. 26, leaker NateTheHate reported that publications had received access to Rockstar Games’ upcoming open-world game. The reported embargo would prevent reviews from being published before Nov. 18.

Rockstar has not confirmed that review copies have been distributed or that Nov. 18 is the official review date.

GTA 6 is scheduled to launch on Nov. 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version has been reported for the first quarter of 2027, but Rockstar has not announced a PC release date.
