KONAMI to reveal eFootball 2027 at World Festival

KONAMI will unveil eFootball 2027 at the eFootball World Festival in Bangkok on July 26. New licenses, UI updates and stronger player cards are expected before an Aug–Sep 2026 launch.

KONAMI will present eFootball 2027 at the eFootball World Festival in Bangkok on July 26. The festival will host the eFootball Championship World Finals, fan events, developer sessions and an eFootball Connect segment where KONAMI regularly announces seasonal content.

Over the past year KONAMI expanded partner clubs and updated player likenesses, kits and stadium presentations. New club and national team licenses are expected to be announced in Bangkok; any new agreements will affect in-game rosters, authentic kits and stadium branding.

Gameplay additions for 2027 have not been confirmed. Recent seasons introduced systems such as Link-Up Play and Treasure Link. Community requests ahead of the reveal focus on improvements to the Dream Team mode, including stronger offline options and refined match mechanics.

The seasonal card cycle has produced progressively higher-rated Epic, Big Time and Show Time cards. Some 2026 cards reached overall ratings in the 106–108 range. Players and observers anticipate further high-rated cards, new skills, boosters or card types in the next season.

KONAMI has not announced a full account reset for player progress. Based on recent updates, a complete wipe appears unlikely; a limited or soft reset could occur if specific players or managers lose licenses, while Epic cards have typically remained accessible across updates.

Requests for a refreshed user interface are common in the community, including changes to the scoreboard and options to theme the interface to a selected Dream Team. KONAMI has not provided details on UI changes.

No official release date or version number is public. If KONAMI follows its usual schedule, eFootball 2027 would arrive between late August and early September 2026. The July 26 World Festival presentation will be the primary source of official details on features, licenses and the launch window.
