PUBG Mobile adds Naruto Shippuden skills, zones to Erangel

PUBG Mobile Version 4.5 arrives July 9 with a Naruto Shippuden crossover, replacing Severny with Konoha on Erangel and adding ninja abilities and themed zones.
PUBG Mobile will roll out Version 4.5 on July 9, introducing a Naruto Shippuden crossover on Erangel. The update replaces the Severny town with the Hidden Leaf Village, Konoha, and adds ninja-style abilities and themed zones.
Konoha has been rebuilt in-game to reflect the anime’s look, with architecture, streets and landmarks modeled on the series. The layout features numerous rooftops and elevated angles for vertical combat, plus street routes shaped for close-range engagements. Exclusive themed loot can be found in the area.
Beyond Konoha, the crossover brings additional Naruto-themed zones to the map. These locations appear at the start of matches and offer exclusive rewards and special activities, alongside new combat options enabled by the ninja abilities.
All features go live once the Version 4.5 patch is released on July 9. The update continues PUBG Mobile’s run of limited-time modes and licensed events on its main maps.
Cross-franchise collaborations remain active across major games. Separately, Diablo 4 is set to add Overwatch-themed skins.
Earlier, we reported that G2 and PUBG Mobile launched a pro-pathway for players in Western Europe.
