S2G Esports wins PUBG Mobile World Cup at Esports World Cup 2026

S2G Esports topped 32 teams to win the PUBG Mobile World Cup at Esports World Cup 2026, finishing the Grand Final with 154 points and earning $555,000.

S2G Esports won the PUBG Mobile World Cup at Esports World Cup 2026 after a nine-day tournament, finishing the Grand Final with 154 points and taking $555,000 from a $3.025 million prize pool. The Turkish roster beat a field of 32 teams to claim the title.

The event ran for nine days, with a three-day Grand Final that decided the champion. S2G entered the tournament as Türkiye’s third seed and advanced through the Group Stage to reach the Grand Final. The team finished fifth in its group, avoiding the Survival Stage by two points after recording three second-place finishes late in the group phase.

In the Grand Final S2G had an uneven opening day but recovered on day two, recording two match wins and five top-three finishes. That run put them in contention heading into the final day; they became the third team to reach match point eligibility in game 15 of the Grand Final.

The title was decided in a tense final match in which Nongshim Esports, eArena, Aurora Gaming and S2G were all still capable of winning. S2G were eliminated relatively early in that last game, but their cumulative 154 points held as rivals failed to pass them. Tianba won the final match, and Tianba player Qzz was named the tournament’s SONY MVP for individual performance during the finals.

The victory marked a second major world title for Faruk HamsiG Hamsici, who previously won the 2022 PUBG Mobile Global Championship with a different S2G lineup. Team-mates Erman Kamikaze Topal and Berkay Lost Yilmaz earned the first major trophies of their careers. S2G’s combined results across the Group Stage and Grand Final produced the $555,000 payout from the event purse.

The PUBG Mobile World Cup at Esports World Cup 2026 concluded after nine days with S2G Esports crowned world champions.
