WoW patch 12.1 adds placeable Pepe to player housing - news.goranked

Patch 12.1 will let World of Warcraft players place the ‘Mechanically Indistinguishable Pepe’ in housing for 10 Community Coupons; clicking it grants a one-hour ‘Pepe’ buff.

Blizzard will add a placeable Pepe decor item to World of Warcraft housing in patch 12.1. The item, called ‘Mechanically Indistinguishable Pepe,’ costs ten Community Coupons and is sold by Pet Decor Vendors Agratha and Perry Winkles. Players can place the item on interior or exterior surfaces in Founder’s Point and Razorwind Shores housing plots.

Clicking a placed Pepe applies a ‘Pepe’ buff that lasts one hour and visually places the bird atop the player’s head. Each placed Pepe requires its own item, so players must buy multiple copies to display several birds around a home.

Pepe first appeared in Garrisons during Warlords of Draenor and has since been added to multiple zones, including the Dragon Isles. Blizzard has not announced a release date for patch 12.1 but confirmed that it will lower housing decor costs, provide a one-time Professions Knowledge reset and deliver multiple bug and user-interface fixes in World of Warcraft patch 12.1.
