LoL Patch 26.21 to Nerf 10 Champions, Buff 11

Riot Games’ preview for League of Legends patch 26.21 lists nerfs for Caitlyn, Jinx, Lee Sin, Nidalee, Qiyana, Rammus, Tristana, Viktor, Wukong and Yone. The affected champions include marksmen, fighters, assassins and tanks.

Riot has not published complete figures for most of the nerfs. The preview confirms that Yone’s Q ability will receive lower attack damage scaling. Details for Lee Sin and the other listed champions are still pending.

The planned buffs cover Azir, Darius, Miss Fortune, Nunu, Orianna, Ryze, Sion, Taliyah, Vel’Koz, Xin Zhao and Zyra. Riot may adjust the figures before the patch reaches live servers.

Azir’s mana gained per level will increase from 40 to 50. Darius’ Q cooldown will decrease from nine to five seconds at the current ranks to nine to four seconds.

Miss Fortune’s E damage will rise from 70-190 to 90-210, while its 120% ability power ratio will remain unchanged. Her ultimate’s critical strike damage will increase from 130% to 145%.

Nunu’s maximum R damage will increase from 625/925/1,275 to 750/1,100/1,450, with its 300% ability power ratio unchanged. Orianna’s Q ability power ratio will rise from 55% to 60%, and her W ratio will increase from 80% to 85%.

Ryze’s Q bonus damage against Flux targets will change from 15/40/65/90% to 10/40/70/100%. Its bonus movement speed will increase from 28/32/36/40/44% to 30/35/40/45/50%, while his W ability power ratio will rise from 60% to 70%.

Sion’s health gained per level will increase from 87 to 95. His fully channeled ultimate will receive higher damage scaling, with the preview describing increases of up to 200% for its damage and damage ratio.

Taliyah’s E damage will increase from 60-240 to 70-250, and its ability power ratio will rise from 60% to 70%. Its detonation damage will increase from 25-85 to 30-90. Vel’Koz’s passive damage will rise from 35-180 to 35-205, while its ability power ratio will increase from 60% to 65%.

Xin Zhao’s Q bonus attack damage ratio will increase from 40% to 45%. His E attack speed scaling will improve from 1% for every 5% bonus attack speed to 1% for every 4%. Zyra’s W seed recharge time will decrease from 18-10 seconds to 16-10 seconds.

Patch 26.21 remains in preview, so the listed champion changes and figures may change before Riot releases the update.
