Mobile Legends Advanced Server Patch 2.2.04: Hero and Mode Updates

Patch 2.2.04 on Mobile Legends’ Advanced Server reverts Aldous and Odette tweaks, buffs Novaria, reduces Gord’s damage and applies system and Brawl balance changes.

Moonton released Patch 2.2.04 on the Mobile Legends Advanced Server. The update rolls back recent temporary changes to Aldous and Odette, increases Novaria’s Skill 2 scaling, reduces Gord’s early-to-mid game damage and introduces system and mode adjustments for testing.

The developer reverted the adjustments made to Aldous and Odette, returning both heroes to their previous configurations on the test server so teams can continue evaluation.

Novaria received a targeted buff: Skill 2’s magic power scaling was raised from 90% to 95%, increasing damage at lower stack counts while keeping maximum-stack output roughly in line with the official servers. Gord was nerfed in his early-to-mid game: his passive base damage was lowered from 140 to 120, and his ultimate’s base damage range was reduced from 110–210 to 100–180.

System-level changes include restoring the previous trigger threshold for Highlights Notifications in matches below Epic rank after a temporary reduction. Custom layout options that briefly enabled medium and large buttons have been rolled back; Moonton plans to reintroduce those layouts in a future release. The update also adds a Collection Showcase feature that lets players display skins, Battle Emotes, Sacred Statues, Hero Skin Collection Badges and other collectibles. The showcase includes an edit mode where players can tap and hold to drag, replace and arrange items.

Brawl mode saw multiple balance tweaks. Aulus’s damage dealt penalty was increased from -4% to -6% and the hero now takes 4% more damage. Barats, Edith and Luo Yi each have a 2% increase to damage taken, Esmeralda’s damage taken increases by 4%, and Mathilda’s damage dealt bonus was raised from +10% to +14%. The patch fixed bugs that prevented Yin, Lolita and Atlas from appearing in Brawl, restoring those heroes.

Moonton temporarily closed Survival Mode 2 and Card Brawl on the Advanced Server while addressing outstanding issues. The Advanced Server continues to serve as a testing ground for balance adjustments and feature experiments before changes are applied to the official live servers.
