Palworld admin commands for dedicated multiplayer servers
Palworld dedicated multiplayer servers let operators enter admin commands in chat to manage players and the server. Commands include AdminPassword, BanPlayer, KickPlayer, Broadcast, TeleportToPlayer, TeleportToMe and ShutDown.
Server operators running dedicated Palworld multiplayer servers can enter admin console commands in the in-game chat to manage players, control access and handle server tasks. To use these commands, open the chat box (press Enter) and type the command text exactly as required.
AdminPassword{Password} grants administrator status when the correct password is provided. BanPlayer{SteamID} removes a specific player from the server and prevents them from rejoining. KickPlayer{SteamID} ejects a player temporarily. Broadcast{Message} displays an on-screen announcement to all connected players. ShowPlayers lists current connections and Info displays server status and basic details.
Server control commands include DoExit, which shuts the server down immediately, ShutDown{Seconds}{Message}, which starts a countdown and shows an optional message to players, and Save, which writes the current game state to disk. ShutDown requires a numeric countdown value and accepts a text message to warn players before the server goes offline.
Teleport commands require a target SteamID. TeleportToMe{SteamID} brings the specified player to the administrator’s location. TeleportToPlayer{SteamID} moves the administrator to the specified player’s position. When a command needs a SteamID, the exact identifier for the target player must be entered.
The message fields for Broadcast and ShutDown accept free-form text for maintenance notices, event announcements or rule reminders. Commands do not generate in-game items, upgrade bases, or provide crafting materials such as pure quartz; they operate only on player status, positions and server functions.
Single-player console commands are not available through the in-game chat and require third-party tools. Server operators should limit knowledge of the AdminPassword to trusted users and schedule saves and shutdowns with advance notice to avoid unexpected loss of player progress.
Using the in-chat admin console allows operators to manage access, communication, player locations and server uptime from within the game environment.
