Mobile Legends Patch 2.2.12 Advanced Server Changes

Patch 2.2.12 on the Advanced Server revamps Aulus, buffs Hayabusa, Sun and Kalea, adjusts turret interactions and basic-attack targeting, and updates several modes and systems for testing.

Moonton released Patch 2.2.12 to the Mobile Legends Advanced Server with hero reworks, balance adjustments, battlefield tweaks and mode changes available for testing and feedback.

The patch revamps Aulus to shorten his ramp-up and boost sustain. Aulus’s passive now grants a temporary Enhanced Basic Attack state that heals him, slows enemies and increases attack range and speed; enhanced attack base damage was raised from 135 (+15 per level) to 200 (+20 per level). Skill 2’s first phase now stuns targets it hits, and each phase of the ultimate now applies a slow.

Hayabusa’s Skill 2 received hitbox and aim changes: phantom hit width was increased from 0.8 to 1.0 and aim panning was adjusted to improve long-range casts. Sun saw several stat changes: Doppelganger HP regen increased from 12% to 15% of its attack, Skill 1 and Skill 2 base damage increased from 200–400 to 280–480, Doppelganger damage ratios were raised, and the ultimate’s base damage was lowered from 355–430 to 270–320 while its cooldown was shortened from 6s to 5s. Kalea’s survivability was improved by raising passive HP regen from 40 (+10% Max HP) (+60% Total Magic Power) to 60 (+12% Max HP) (+80% Total Magic Power).

Other hero adjustments include Alpha’s passive now scaling with Total Physical Attack and Skill 2 sustain reworked to heal more when hitting a single target. Karina’s Skill 1 cooldown was trimmed to 6s and her Enhanced Basic Attack damage increased. Bruno’s Skill 2 now briefly stuns during the dash. Edith’s ultimate allows Wrath gain while inside Phylax, grants extra movement speed while flying, permits wall-passing on ejection and removes a prior knockback damage effect. Kagura’s umbrella movement speed now increases based on distance traveled. Argus received experimental changes that replace a crit mechanic with an extra demonic slash that ignores some physical defense and recovers HP, alongside other skill updates.

The patch applies nerfs where heroes remained strong. Aldous had Soul Steal stacks reduced on creeps and heroes. Atlas and Yi Sun-shin saw cooldown increases on key skills. Miya’s Moonlight Shadow Split Arrow and its interaction with attack effects were reduced, lowering Split Arrow damage from 30 (+25% Total Physical Attack) to 9 (+7.5% Total Physical Attack) and cutting Split Arrow attack effect inheritance from 100% to 7.5%. Lukas received a small damage reduction. Hanabi’s petal bounce damage now suffers falloff when repeatedly hitting the same target, reducing consecutive single-target burst. Hanzo’s sustain was changed to scale with Physical Attack to discourage tanky hybrid builds.

Battlefield updates change how Enhanced Basic Attacks interact with turrets and targeting. Enhanced Basic Attacks triggered by hero skills can now hit turrets and apply HP regen effects for most heroes, with listed exceptions per skill. Effects from emblems, battle spells and equipment still cannot trigger turret HP regen, and Inspire’s HP regen will not apply to turret attacks. Basic Attack targeting logic was optimized to reduce unwanted switching between minions and heroes; repeated taps after hitting an enemy now favor re-attacking that same target unless a higher-priority hero enters range.

System and mode changes include a reworked mode selection screen for players level 9 and above, increased max mana and mana regeneration from season achievements, adjusted card selection levels, and card changes plus new cards in Card Brawl. Survival Mode was overhauled: Exploration Coins were replaced with Battle Points earned from killing monsters and looting opponents, monster distribution and Annihilation Tide timing were adjusted, elite monster HP and damage were reduced, lighting in dark scenes was improved and tutorial guidance was added.

All changes are live on the Advanced Server for testing. The development team noted some adjustments are experimental and may be tuned before being deployed to live servers.
