Privacy Policy

The following provisions regarding personal data privacy constitute the official Privacy Policy of the website goranked.gg (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") during the provision of Services by the Contractor (Seller) on the Site.

To fully utilize the Services, the Customer (Buyer) must make payment for the Services and, if desired, register an account by providing the Contractor (Seller) with personal and other data.

Purpose of using personal data:

1. To carry out the Contractor’s activities – providing paid Services on the Site.
2. To administer the Site.
3. To send messages and emails to the Customer’s email, Telegram.
4. Other uses of personal data that arise during the provision of services on the Site.

Collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data of Customers (Buyers) provided voluntarily are conducted under the following conditions:

1. A Customer who is 18 years or older, by paying for Services or registering on the Site, voluntarily consents to the Contractor’s processing of their personal data, which is provided to the Contractor, indicated during account creation, and in the personal account.
2. Processing of personal data includes any actions and/or combinations of actions related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use, and dissemination (implementation, transfer), deletion of the Customer’s personal data for the purpose of ensuring the Site’s operation.
3. The scope of personal data of the Customer, which is processed and may be included in databases, is defined as any information about the Customer (provided to the Contractor or posted in their account) that becomes known to the Contractor.
4. By making a payment for Services on the Site, the Customer confirms their familiarity with the Privacy Policy on the Site and their understanding of their rights defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data," as well as the purpose of collection, storage, and processing of their personal data. The Customer also agrees that the processing of their personal data is indefinite.
5. Provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the personal data base or a separate table of the Site's database.

Information and data collected during the use of the Site:

1. The Contractor may collect the following information that can identify the Customer: name, email address, phone number, and Telegram (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”). By using the Site, the Customer consents to the collection, analysis, and storage of the aforementioned data.
2. By registering on the Site or logging in using Google authentication, the Customer consents to the Contractor collecting and processing information available from the relevant profile.
3. The Contractor does not transfer personal data to third parties but reserves the right to disclose the obtained information to government agencies and departments upon request, in accordance with the law and other regulatory acts of current Ukrainian legislation, as well as international law norms.
4. Any personal data known to the Contractor is stored and processed in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.

Use of technologies for information collection:

1. The Contractor uses various technologies to collect information from the Customer’s device and about their actions on the Site.
2. The Contractor reserves the right to use automated scripts, plugins, and other software products to collect, process, store, and transfer personal and other data of the Customer, which have been previously uploaded or provided by the Customer during the use of the Site.
3. The Contractor reserves the right to amend the procedures for collecting, processing, storing, and transferring personal and other data obtained from the Customer during the use of the Site. Any changes to the conditions for collecting, processing, storing, and transferring personal and other data are made publicly, with mandatory notification to the Customer via the Site.

Cookies:

1. In the course of the Site’s operation, the Contractor may collect certain information using technologies such as cookies.
2. Cookies are small text files that store information directly on the user’s computer, mobile phone, or other device.
3. Cookies allow the web server to store preferences and settings on the Customer’s computer, mobile phone, or other device, which are then automatically restored during subsequent visits. Cookies help make the use of the Site more convenient, such as avoiding the need to log in every time the Site is visited. The Contractor uses both persistent and session cookies. Persistent cookies remain on the Customer’s computer for a longer period, while session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser window is closed. The Contractor uses cookies to provide services on the Site, including: accessToken - access token (allows the Customer not to enter login and password each time they visit the Site), cookieAllow - permission to use cookies, user_id - registered user ID, etc.
4. The Contractor automatically collects information from the Customer’s browser or device during visits to the Site. This information may include IP address, device identifier and type, browser type and language, operating system (mobile system used on the device), pages requested by the Customer, access time, geographic location of the access device.
5. By permitting the use of cookies upon the first visit to the Site, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the Customer grants the Contractor permission to use cookies during each subsequent visit.
6. The Contractor has the right to allow third parties, such as advertising and/or analytical service providers, to collect information using these types of technologies directly on the Site’s web page. Such data is protected in accordance with the privacy policies of these third parties.

Transfer of received information and data:

1. The Contractor may disclose information, including personal data: in response to a court summons, court order, or ruling, upon request for cooperation with law enforcement or other government agencies; to establish or enforce legal rights, to protect against legal claims, when the Contractor believes that disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take other measures against illegal activities, fraud, and other violations; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Customer; to comply with applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement; or to ensure compliance with Site Rules or other agreements.

Regarding the protection of personal data:

1. The Contractor takes security measures to protect the Customer’s personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be entirely secure. Therefore, the Contractor cannot guarantee that personal information will always remain secure.
2. The Contractor ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation, generally accepted practices for data protection in the Internet community, and strict compliance with international norms in the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data of Internet users.

Rights of the Customer:

1. To obtain information about third parties requesting access to the Customer’s personal data or third parties who have been granted access to the Customer’s personal data.
2. To obtain information about what personal data of the Customer has been collected by the Contractor and access to such personal data.
3. To submit a reasoned request to the Contractor objecting to the processing of their personal data.
4. To submit a reasoned request for the modification or deletion of their personal data by the Contractor if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate.
5. In case of dissatisfaction with the collection and processing of personal data, the Customer has the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or file a complaint in court.

Final provisions:

1. The Customer is personally responsible for checking the Privacy Policy for any changes. The Contractor reserves the right to change or supplement the Privacy Policy at any time at its discretion without prior or subsequent notice. The Contractor will publish such changes and/or additions on the Site at https://goranked.gg/page/privacy. Continued use of the Site and its services after any such changes means full acceptance of those changes and additions. The moment of change to the Privacy Policy is the date of publication of its new version on the Site at the specified address.
2. If the Customer does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they should stop using the Site’s services.
