When placing an order, you can add extended warranty. It protects you from unexpected situations and ensures a refund in case of problems.

1) Terms and Parties
Platform / We / GoRanked.gg — a marketplace and service for selling digital accounts and related services.
Seller — depending on the specific product: either the Platform itself (account sold directly by GoRanked.gg), or a third-party seller listing an offer through the Goranked.gg marketplace. In any case, Goranked.gg as the Platform is always responsible for Extended Warranty obligations, regardless of who is the Account seller.
Buyer / You — a natural or legal person who placed an order on the Platform.
Account — digital access (login/password/tokens/bindings) to a game/service purchased on the Platform.
Extended Warranty — a paid service of GoRanked.gg that extends the scope and duration of the basic warranty on an account under the terms of this Regulation.
Transfer Date — the moment when the order is transferred to "Completed" status (or similar), and access is provided to the Buyer in the account/order chat.
Account Security Instructions — a list of recommendations for safe account use provided by the Seller and/or GoRanked.gg to the Buyer (via personal account, order chat, e-mail, or other official channels). Includes a list of actions to perform (and/or avoid) to reduce the risk of account blocking, recovery by the previous owner, and other negative consequences.
This service is not insurance and does not replace consumer rights provided by law. It regulates voluntary additional obligations of GoRanked.gg beyond the basic warranty.
2) Scope of Application
The service applies only to orders in the "Accounts" category. It does not apply to boost/coaching/payout services or other digital services.
Extended Warranty is valid from the transfer date and covers a period of up to 6 months (depending on the selected plan).
The service applies to each specific account and is not transferable upon resale to third parties.
Upon resale, transfer for rent, or gifting of the account to third parties, the Extended Warranty for that account is terminated, even if its term has not formally expired.
3) Plans and Pricing
Goranked.gg offers two plans:
The service cost is indicated and paid at the time of order placement (checkbox "Extended Warranty"). After account access is provided, Extended Warranty cannot be purchased.
The Extended Warranty cost is payment for a separate service and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including subsequent refund for the account, order cancellation, or denial of coverage.
Goranked Protect 6 (6 months)
Service cost: 12% of the account price at purchase.

Goranked Protect 3 (3 months)
Service cost: 8% of the account price at purchase.

4) What is Covered
Extended Warranty covers the loss of ability to use the account for its intended purpose, if the cause is not related to violations by the Buyer, in particular:

You cannot log into the game/platform at all, or access to a key game mode or functionality explicitly stated in the account description (e.g., a specific ranked mode) is completely blocked for reasons unrelated to your actions.
Partial restriction of secondary functions (store, chat, in-game marketplace, etc.) while maintaining the ability to log in and play the main mode for which the account was purchased is not considered a covered case and is evaluated individually.
Cases of blocks related to the account history prior to purchase (violations by previous owners) are not considered violations by the Buyer. However, Goranked reserves the right to evaluate such cases individually considering risks, technical data, and publisher policy, and may deny compensation if game/anti-cheat data shows the account was initially in a high-risk zone (under sanctions, strikes, warnings).
- Return/recall of the account by the previous owner, if logins/email/phone were changed according to our recommendations, but access was still lost.
- Account blocking due to external causes beyond the Buyer's control (e.g., mass ban wave due to publisher/platform error), in the absence of prohibited software and other violations on your part.
- Failure to access critical functions (e.g., inability to log in due to previously undetected regional/appeal restrictions), if these restrictions did not exist at the time of purchase and arose later through no fault of yours.
5) What is Not Covered (Exceptions)
The service does not apply if one or more of the following circumstances occurred:
- Use of cheats, scripts, injectors, macros, anti-cheat bypass programs, or other prohibited software and methods (including but not limited to: VAC/Overwatch/FaceIt/ESEA/BE/EAC/Kernel anti-cheats and similar). Any bans caused by cheats on the Buyer's part are not covered.
- Нарушение EULA/ToS игры/платформы: смурфинг, буст/передача/перепродаж/шеринг, фрод, мультиаккаунтинг, обход региональных/ценовых ограничений, токсичное поведение и т. п.
- Modification/deletion of security settings recommended by Goranked.gg (2FA, backup codes, bindings), or failure to follow instructions for safe email/password change within 24 hours of transfer.
- Transfer to third parties (sharing/rental/sale/gift) or public disclosure of account data.
- Damage related to in-game values/progress/rating points, including MMR/rank drop, loss of inventory or statistics, if account access itself is preserved.
- Blocks caused by changes in hardware/network environment (hardware ban identifiers, VPN/proxy/datacenter IP, "suspicious activity" due to sudden geography change of login, etc.).
- Mass actions by publisher/platform to fully or partially halt game, modes, or services (e.g., game closure in region, support termination, publisher-side mode shutdown, mass account blocking) are not considered covered cases if the technical ability to log in/use the game in any form depends on publisher decisions, not account status.
- Significant disregard for Account Security Instructions (or its key points), if game, anti-cheat, log, correspondence, or other technical data suggests that violation of such recommendations was the likely cause or significant factor in the negative event (block, account recall, etc.).
- Attempted fraud/deception in claim: falsifying screenshots/videos, concealing facts of third-party program use, providing knowingly false information.
6) Compensation Amount and Form
Upon occurrence of an insured (covered) event, GoRanked.gg provides one of the following options at its discretion:
Account price for compensation calculation is fixed in order currency at purchase time and does not include Extended Warranty cost and other service fees. When refunding in another currency, exchange rate differences may occur depending on payment system/bank; Goranked.gg does not compensate such exchange rate differences.
- Replacement with a similar account (by parameters/price) — if a suitable offer is available.
- Refund in the amount of coverage percentage on the event date. Refund is made: To GoRanked.gg balance (by default) with ability to pay for other goods/services; To original payment method — in specific cases and if technically possible, minus payment system fees.
- Total compensation cannot exceed 100% of the account price paid at purchase. After replacement or refund for this account, Extended Warranty coverage terminates.
7) Coverage Period and Amount (Calculation)
Coverage is calculated from account price at purchase (excluding Extended Warranty cost). Account price at purchase means the amount actually paid for the account after applying promo codes, discounts, and balance (if used), but excluding Extended Warranty cost and other service fees.
For purposes of applying coverage percentages, "event date" is: the date of first appearance of system message about block/login error or date of official notification from publisher/platform (email/client message) — whichever occurred earlier and can be documented. If exact date cannot be determined from provided data, GoRanked.gg may independently determine event date based on logs, login history, and other technical data.
Months are counted calendar-wise from Transfer Date.
Example: account price — 10,000 UAH. Protect 6 plan purchased. If covered event occurred in month 3, refund amount will be 8,000 UAH; in month 5 — 6,000 UAH.

8) Conditions for Maintaining Extended Warranty
Within 24 hours of Transfer Date, you must:
- Carefully review the Account Security Instructions from the seller
- Change all passwords;
- Enable 2FA;
- Unbind others' recovery methods;
- Bind your own.
The Buyer also undertakes to review and follow Account Security Instructions provided by the Seller and/or GoRanked.gg for the specific order. In case of contradictions between general site recommendations and individual Security Instructions, the individual Instructions specified in the product card and/or order chat take priority.
Maintain confidentiality of account data and contact support only through personal account/official communication channels.
GoRanked.gg may request confirmation of completion of specified actions (security settings screenshots, emails about email/password changes, login history, etc.). Failure to provide such confirmation upon request may be considered non-compliance with Extended Warranty conditions.
Violation of any of the specified points, as well as significant disregard for Account Security Instructions, may result in denial of Extended Warranty compensation if it is established that such violation: significantly increased the risk of account access loss. Or was with high probability the cause (or one of the key factors) of the negative event (block, recall, inability to log in, etc.).
9) Extended Warranty Claim Procedure
- Open a ticket for the order in your account no later than 72 hours after the event occurred.
- Attach evidence: screenshots/videos with error/ban, system messages, email notifications, login history, confirmation of enabled 2FA, password changes, etc.
- Upon support request, provide additional information (including launcher/anti-cheat log files, list of installed overlays/macros, information about VPN/proxy used). Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We verify the case and communicate the decision (replacement/refund/denial) with justification.
- GoRanked.gg reviews Extended Warranty claims within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information and materials.
- In case of complex technical investigations (requests to publishers, anti-cheat log analysis, etc.), review period may be extended, of which the Buyer will be notified in the ticket.
10) Limitations and Document Priority
This Regulation supplements but does not replace the Public Offer, Refund Policy, Marketplace Rules, and Privacy Policy of GoRanked.gg. In case of contradictions, the Public Offer takes priority.
Special conditions may apply for specific games/platforms/sellers — they are specified in the product/order card and take priority where explicitly stated.
GoRanked.gg reserves the right to temporarily suspend Extended Warranty issuance for specific games/modes during mass technical incidents on the publisher/platform side.
11) Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, if the ban occurred without your use of prohibited programs and all conditions of this Regulation are met. Any cases related to cheats/injectors/macros/anti-cheat bypass are not covered.
This is a covered case provided you changed all bindings in time and followed security rules.

Appendix A. Quick Buyer Guide
- Immediately after receiving the account: change passwords, enable 2FA, remove others' bindings, bind your own.
